Branded GLP-1 care plan; medication is billed separately

The checked offer

Reviewed branded plan: $149 cash-pay fee per 4 weeks on the shortest term; medicine extra.

Found's offer terms describe several plan types. This profile focuses on the branded GLP-1 plan, which includes access to care and a prescription when appropriate, but bills the medication separately. Its compounded and generic-medication plans have different inclusions.

Put the billing interval beside the price

The reviewed branded-plan terms list a $149 cash-pay fee on the shortest term, billed every four weeks. Longer commitments and qualifying insurance-based clinical pricing differ. Four weeks means 28 days, so do not assume that the billing date stays on the same day of each calendar month.

Ask for the total commitment, the next charge and the cancellation terms that apply to your enrollment. These published offer terms specify which new-member cohort they cover. A returning member may have a different agreement.

Ask what insurance pricing means

Found says its insurance-based plan pricing reflects coverage for clinical care. It is not a promise that the medication is included or fully covered. The terms mention potential copays, coinsurance and deductibles, and labs may be an additional expense.

Request a breakdown of the care fee, medicine and any other likely charges. If a number is only an estimate, ask who will confirm it. This keeps a lower displayed program fee from becoming an incomplete budget.

Clarify the treatment and refund questions

A clinician still decides which treatment is suitable. Read the refund rules before enrollment and ask how they apply if the expected medicine is not prescribed. A preferred drug and eligibility for any treatment are different questions under the service's terms.

Our review records the public branded-plan agreement. It does not test Found's coaching, clinical care or fulfillment, and it does not apply this plan's terms to every offer carrying the Found name.
